Director Steve McIntyre is a Carpenter and Licenced Builder with over 20 years' experience delivering luxury commercial and residential builds across South East Queensland.
After a few big years knee-deep in work, personal renovations, raising small kids and grieving the loss of loved ones, Steve and wife Mel took off in 2023 to travel around Australia in a caravan with their two daughters. Inspired by their adventure and the desire to spend more time together pursuing their passion, Dellwood Constructions was formed on a foundation of family, fun and trust.
Steve uses his open communication and problem-solving skills to build trust and longstanding partnerships with clients, trades and suppliers. The pair created Dellwood Constructions to offer a full service design and construct renovation package to clients with no idea where to start their own renovation journey..
With a background in Business Management and passion for creating functional and beautiful homes, Mel is busily working in the background of all Dellwood projects.
Steve and Mel are Gold Coast locals, raising their young family in the sea spray and sunshine of Burleigh Waters. On weekends you'll find them at kids sports or down at the beach with their girls, and playful pup.
